Ask about lodging, meals, local transport, guide-to-hunter ratio, retrieval and meat care. Clarify which arrangements and costs are yours.
PUT IT IN WRITING
Review the price, deposit, payment dates, cancellation or rescheduling terms, and how weather or access changes are handled before committing.
GEAR & TRAVEL
Get a hunt-specific packing list from your guide. Discuss boots, layers, optics, weapon setup and fitness. Confirm the meeting location and travel plan before making final arrangements.
Keep your permit details and travel contacts handy. Confirm the current requirements for your exact hunt and bring any unanswered questions to your guide.
